LFB top team - Conquero (10-1) had no problems winning another game on Friday. This time they crushed ninth ranked Universitario de Ferrol (4-7) in Huelva 80-59. The game was mostly controlled by Conquero. Universitario de Ferrol managed to win second period 22-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Conquero forced 19 Universitario de Ferrol turnovers and outrebounded them 44-24 including a 18-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. Conquero looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Universitario de Ferrol's players. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was swingman Aja Parham (183-84, college: Boston Coll.) who scored 17 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals.
