No shocking result in a game in Ningbo where fourteenth ranked Jiangsu Dragons (6-9) won against 16th ranked Bayi Rockets (3-12) 81-70. It was a good game for American forward Chris Singleton (206-89, college: Florida St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international point guard XueFeng Hu (185-80) contributed with 15 points and 4 assists for the winners. Five Jiangsu Dragons players scored in double figures. Forward Yuchen Zou (197-96) answered with 8 points and 12 rebounds and international swingman Bo Zhang (199-89) added 12 points in the effort for Bayi Rockets. Bayi Rockets' coach tested twelve players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Jiangsu Dragons moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with TianJin S. Bayi Rockets at the other side keep the sixteenth position with 12 games lost. Jiangsu Dragons' next round opponent will be Zhejiang Chouzhou Bank (#15) in Hangzhou. Bayi Rockets will play on the road against DongGuan Leopards and hope to win that game.
