Date: December 6, 2014
There was no surprise when 8th ranked Bambitious Nara (5-10) was outplayed on the road by fourth ranked Sendai 89ers (13-6) 91-67. The game without a history. Sendai 89ers led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The game was dominated by American players. It was a very good performance for guard Kejuan Johnson (193-85, college: Long Beach St., agency: KMG Sports Management) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 7 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws). Guard Wendell White (198-84, college: UNLV) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Power forward Mike St.John (203-84, college: La Salle, agency: Global Sports Plaza) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 18 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Chehales Tapscott (195-90, college: Portland St.) added 16 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Bambitious Nara. Five Sendai 89ers and four Bambitious Nara players scored in double figures.
