An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Krakow. Top-ranked Wisla Krakow faced 4th ranked Artego Bydg.. Host Wisla Krakow (10-0) smashed guests from Bydgoszcz (7-3) 88-62. At the losing side Nigerian-American guard Chineze Nwagbo (183-82, college: Syracuse, agency: LBM Management) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds and naturalized American point guard Julie McBride (165-82, college: Syracuse) scored 12 points and 9 assists. Wisla Krakow have an impressive ten-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 10-0 record. Loser Artego Bydg. dropped to the third place with three games lost. They share the position with Gorzow and CCC Polkowice. Wisla Krakow will meet CCC Polkowice (#4) on the road in the next round. Artego Bydg. will play against Sleza Wroclaw and hope to secure a win.
