An interesting game took place in Tarbes where higher ranked Tarbes (6-4) was upset on its own court by twelfth ranked Toulouse (4-6) 79-73 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Tarbes. The guests trailed by 12 points after first quarter, but they rallied back getting tie in the second period and winning the second half and won the game by 6 points. International point guard Olivia Epoupa (165-94, agency: Comsport) fired a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Canadian power forward Miranda Ayim (191-88, college: Pepperdine) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. Toulouse's coach Jerome Fournier used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American point guard Alexandria Bentley (170-90, college: Tarbes, agency: Josep and Nicolas) produced 28 points and 4 assists and Swedish guard Kalis Loyd (188-89, college: Lamar, agency: Josep and Nicolas) added 12 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Toulouse moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Mondeville and Flammes Carolo. Tarbes at the other side dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. Toulouse will meet at home Lyon (#11) in the next round. Tarbes will play against Villeneuve D'Ascq (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
