The most important game in the last round took place in Lodz between third ranked CCC Polkowice (7-3) and tenth ranked Widzew (3-7) on Sunday night. CCC Polkowice was edged by Widzew in a tough game on the road in overtime98-99. The hosts were tied at the half and again at the end of regular time. But they managed to win overtime period 26-25. Widzew moved-up to ninth place, which they share with MKK Siedlce. CCC Polkowice at the other side keeps the third position with three games lost. They share it with Gorzow and Artego Bydg.. Widzew is looking forward to face Gdynia (#11) on the road in the next round. CCC Polkowice will play against the league's leader Wisla Krakow (#1) having rather not much hope for a victory.
