There was a minor upset when 6th ranked Takamatsu FA (7-13) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked Niigata Albirex (11-9) 74-64 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 25-13 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Niigata Albirex outrebounded Takamatsu FA 35-19 including 24 on the defensive glass.
