Leader Kyoto Hannar. recorded the eighteenth victory. This time they crushed 7th ranked Oita Heat Devils (6-12) 78-44. The game without a history. Kyoto Hannar. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Kyoto Hannar. outrebounded Oita Heat Devils 38-27 including 30 on the defensive glass. The winners were led by American forward Kevin Kotzur (203-89, college: St.Mary's, TX) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) and the other American import forward David Palmer (201-82, college: S.Utah) supported him with 16 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kyoto Hannar. (18-2) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position. Oita Heat Devils lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 12 games lost.
