No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Viterbo (4-5) beat at home 9th ranked Salerno (1-8) 66-56 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 34-23 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Viterbo dominated on the defensive end, holding Salerno to just 7 points in third quarter. They also forced 23 Salerno turnovers. Bulgarian forward Roksana Yordanova (184-84) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 6 rebounds. Guard Elisa Mancabelli (172-94) contributed with 15 points and 6 steals for the winners.
