The game in Angers supposed to be also worth to mention about. Fifth ranked Villeneuve D'Ascq (8-3) played at the court of 6th ranked Angers (6-5). Villeneuve D'Ascq smashed Angers 77-55. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Arras and Landes. Angers at the other side keeps the sixth position with five games lost. Villeneuve D'Ascq's next round opponent will be Lyon (#12) on the road and are hoping to win another game. Angers will play against the league's second-placed Lattes Montpellier (#2) and hope to win that game.
