Very predictable result when first ranked Winner/Limeira (8-1) defeated on the road 13th ranked Brasilia (2-6) 87-83 on Wednesday. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Brasilia won fourth quarter 24-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Winner/Limeira dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Brasilia's 32. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Winner/Limeira made 7 blocks.
