Regular Season Round 10: LF Future - BG Lulea 56-64

We should mention about the upset which took place in Lulea, where 8th ranked LF Future (3-7) lost at home to eleventh ranked BG Lulea (2-6) 56-64. The guests were already 11 points ahead at halftime and as many as 15 after three quarters before a 19-12 last quarter charge of LF Future cut the lead to 64-56 at the end of the game. BG Lulea dominated on the defensive end, holding LF Future to just 6 points in first quarter. Forward Denzel Andersson (202-96) notched a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and forward Andreas Von Uthmann (197-96) supported him with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Four BG Lulea players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 14 points and 13 rebounds by Spanish guard Pablo Arenaza (194-93) did not help to save the game for LF Future. point guard Caleb Musie (173-95) added 16 points for lost side. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. BG Lulea moved-up to ninth place in North. LF Future lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with seven games lost. BG Lulea's next round opponent will be KFUM Blackebergs (#12) in Vallingby.
