The game in was also quite interesting. 4th placed PAOK (8-4) played at the court of fifth ranked Anagenisi (6-6). Anagenisi defeated PAOK 66-55 on Sunday. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of PAOK. The game was mostly controlled by Anagenisi. PAOK managed to win third quarter 16-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was an exceptional evening for the former international center Fedra Skiadopoulou (192-90) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Roula Mouli (178-85) accounted for 18 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side. American forward Breanna Brock (187-90, college: Missouri, agency: Gamble Sports Management) came up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 25 rebounds and guard Dimitra Telidou (170-80) added 18 points and 6 rebounds respectively for PAOK in the defeat. PAOK's coach Evripidis Meletiadis rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Anagenisi maintains fifth place with 6-6 record. PAOK at the other side keeps the fourth position with four games lost. Anagenisi will meet higher ranked AE Ellinikou (#3) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. PAOK will play against the league's leader Proteas and hope to secure a win.
