Important game to mention about took place in Tromso. Third ranked Tromso (8-4) saved a 2-point victory at home edging second-best Asker Aliens (7-3) 76-74 in the game for the second place. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Asker Aliens. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The hosts were ahead by 2 points but lost the second period ending it with a 6-point deficit before their 22-14 run, which allowed them to win the game. It was a good game for American guard Keon Lawrence (187-87, college: Seton Hall) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists. The other American import power forward Reggie Fuller (199-86, college: Binghamton) contributed with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 15 rebounds (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) for the winners. Tromso's coach Kenneth Webb allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. DR Congolese power forward Djo Yele (203-82) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and guard Anders Stien (195-90) added 20 points in the effort for Asker Aliens. Tromso moved-up to second place. Asker Aliens at the other side dropped to the third position with three games lost. Tromso will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Asker Aliens will play at home against Baerum Basket and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
