Strangely Omegna outrebounded Roseto 33-17 including a 23-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by American point guard Damier Pitts (177-89, college: Marshall) who scored that evening 21 points and 6 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) and Maltese-American Darryl Jackson (189-85, college: Warner Pacific, agency: Interperformances) supported him with 19 points.
