No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Enel Brindisi (6-4) defeated on the road 9th ranked Tuscany Pistoia (4-6) 83-70 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 53-38 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. American-Georgian point guard Jacob Pullen (185-89, college: Kansas St.) fired 26 points and 4 assists for the winners (made all of his nine free throws !!!). American guard Marcus Denmon (191-90, college: Missouri) chipped in 24 points. American forward Gilbert Brown (198-87, college: Pittsburgh) produced 21 points and 7 rebounds and his fellow American import guard C.J. Williams (196-90, college: N.Carolina St.) added 15 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Enel Brindisi moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Banco di Srd and Dolomiti En. TR. Loser Tuscany Pistoia dropped to the tenth position with six games lost. Enel Brindisi will have a break next round. Tuscany Pistoia will play at home against Air Avellino (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
