We should mention about the upset which took place in Varese, where higher ranked Granarolo BO (5-5) lost to fourteenth ranked Cimberio Varese (4-6) in a road game 73-83. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Granarolo BO. The game without a history. Cimberio Varese led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter.
