There was a surprise result when tenth ranked Elitzur Netanya (1-8) won against at home 4th placed Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion (5-4) 71-61 on Monday. The game was mostly controlled by Elitzur Netanya. Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion was better in second period 17-9. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Elitzur Netanya will face higher ranked Bnot Hertzeliya (#5) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
