No shocking result in a game when eleventh ranked Cambados (5-6) beat at home bottom-ranked Opentach Pla (1-10) 71-62 on Wednesday. Opentach Pla trailed by 13 points at halftime and as many as 19 after three quarters before a 22-12 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 62-71 at the end of the game. Cambados dominated on the defensive end, holding Opentach Pla to just 7 points in third quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Opentach Pla's 34. Cambados forced 21 Opentach Pla turnovers. It was a good game for Congolese forward Charles Nkaloulou (199-94) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds. point guard Erik Quintela (184-91) contributed with 9 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners.
