Fifth-ranked Bayi Kylin (9-9) was very close to win a game against first ranked Beijing Great Wall (15-3). Beijing Great Wall managed to secure only six-point victory 97-91. However their fans expected much easier game. The hosts were ahead by 1 point but lost the second period ending it with a 2-point deficit before their 17-15 run, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in double-overtime eventually winning that period 10-10. Beijing Great Wall made 18-of-23 charity shots (78.3 percent) during the game.
