Regular Season Round 13: Lighthouse TR - Fileni BPA Jesi 81-68

No shocking result in a game in Trapani where eighth ranked Lighthouse TR (7-6) defeated 14th ranked Fileni BPA Jesi (4-9) 81-68. It looked good early as Fileni BPA Jesi took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Lighthouse TR had a 23-14 second period charge getting the lead and Fileni BPA Jesi was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 68-81. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Andrea Renzi (209-89, agency: Players Group) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 5 rebounds. American guard Alex Legion (195-88, college: FIU) contributed with 19 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American power forward Ivan Elliott (203-86, college: UCSB) answered with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds and the other American import guard Ian Miller (190-91, college: Florida St., agency: Two Points) added 20 points in the effort for Fileni BPA Jesi. Lighthouse TR moved-up to seventh place. Fileni BPA Jesi at the other side dropped to the thirteenth position with nine games lost. They share it with Forli. Lighthouse TR will play against Casalpusterlengo (#15) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Fileni BPA Jesi will play against Trieste and hopes to get back on the winning track.
