Important game to mention about took place in Tarnobrzeg. Tenth ranked AZS Polfarmex (6-7) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging 13th ranked Stabill Jezioro (3-10) 86-85 on Sunday evening. They outrebounded Stabill Jezioro 36-20 including 25 on the defensive glass. It was a very good performance for American power forward Kevin Johnson (201-84, college: Humboldt St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 16 rebounds. His fellow American import point guard Kwamain Mitchell (178-89, college: St.Louis) contributed with 27 points and 5 assists for the winners. American Dominique Johnson (188-87, college: Azusa Pacific, agency: Higher Vision Sports) answered with 28 points and 7 assists and U.S. Virgin Islands center Craig Williams (206-89, college: TCU, agency: SDJ Sports) added 15 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Stabill Jezioro. Four Stabill Jezioro players scored in double figures. AZS Polfarmex moved-up to ninth place. Stabill Jezioro lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the thirteenth position with ten games lost. AZS Polfarmex will face Anwil (#10) in Wloclawek in the next round. Stabill Jezioro will play on the road against Twarde Pierniki in Torun and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
