Top ranked Hyeres-Toulon (12-3) recorded its third loss on the court of fifth ranked Monaco on Tuesday night. Visitors were defeated by Monaco 89-81. The hosts trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 50-40 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Monaco outrebounded Hyeres-Toulon 40-20 including a 28-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. They share it with Roanne. Monaco is looking forward to face Le Portel (#8) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
