A2 Silver top team - Treviso Basket (11-4) managed to deliver another win on Sunday. This time they beat twelfth ranked Aget Service IM (6-9) 91-76. The game was mostly controlled by Treviso Basket. Aget Service IM managed to win fourth quarter 23-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Treviso Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Aget Service IM's 36. They outrebounded Aget Service IM 48-25 including a 20-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Treviso Basket looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a quality performance for the former international power forward Tommaso Rinaldi (206-85, agency: Interperformances) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. American forward Marshawn Powell (201-90, college: Arkansas) accounted for 17 points and 14 rebounds for the winning side. Five Treviso Basket players scored in double figures. American forward Jesse Perry (200-89, college: Arizona) came up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 12 rebounds and naturalized Albanian Franko Bushati (190-85, agency: Two Points) added 19 points respectively for Aget Service IM in the defeat. Aget Service IM's coach Giampiero Ticchi rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Newly promoted Treviso Basket maintains first place with 11-4 record, which they share with Ravenna. Aget Service IM lost third consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with nine games lost. Treviso Basket will meet Reggio Calabr. (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Aget Service IM will play against Legnano (#9) and hope to secure a win.
