The game between closely ranked teams ended with thirteenth ranked TianJin Steel's (11-18) road victory over 14th ranked Jiangsu Dragons (9-20) in Nanjing 116-105. The game was mostly controlled by TianJin Steel. Jiangsu Dragons was better in second period 27-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. TianJin Steel will play against higher ranked DongGuan Leopards (#8) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
