A very interesting game took place in Trelleborg. It ended with only two-point home defeat of Trelleborg (2-2) to 08 Stockholm (3-2) 73-71 on Saturday evening. Trelleborg was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 12-5 third quarter run of 08 Stockholm. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Trelleborg to just 5 points in third quarter. Worth to mention a great performance of center Jean Guede (200-79) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Joel Porscke (191-91) contributed with 18 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized Bosnian forward Srdjan Vukovic (197-86) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds and forward Kene Chukwuka (198-96) added 16 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Trelleborg. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Trelleborg's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. 08 Stockholm's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Stockholm to the arena Fryshuset.
