Bottom-ranked CB Prat managed to get a fourth victory, breaking the series of six consecutive loses on Sunday night. This time newly promoted CB Prat edged fourth-ranked Planasa NV 70-69. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Planasa NV won third quarter 21-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was Jose Nogues (205-95, agency: Octagon Europe) who scored 8 points and 9 rebounds. Montenegrin center Zoran Nikolic (211-96) chipped in 12 points and 5 rebounds. Pablo Almazan (202-89) produced 18 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Ivan Garcia (206-86) added 13 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. CB Prat (4-12) moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with Cocinas.com and Clinicas Rincon. Planasa NV at the other side keeps the fourth position with six games lost. They share it with Burgos and Palma. CB Prat is looking forward to face Cocinas.com (#13) in Logrono in the next round. Planasa NV will play at home against Oviedo CB (#11) and is hoping to win this game.
