No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Manital Torino (11-5) smashed at home 6th ranked Angelico Biella (8-8) 95-73 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Manital Torino. Angelico Biella managed to win fourth quarter 31-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Manital Torino shot 62.7 percent from the field. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by Angelico Biella's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American Ronald Lewis (193-84, college: Ohio St.) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and the former international swingman Guido Rosselli (198-83) who added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists (perfect from the field making all six shots) during the contest. At the losing side American swingman Benjamin Raymond (198-87, college: Xavier, agency: KMG Sports Management) responded with 20 points and 7 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) and American-Danish guard Alan Voskuil (191-86, college: Texas Tech) scored 15 points. Five Manital Torino and four Angelico Biella players scored in double figures. Angelico Biella's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Manital Torino moved-up to third place, which they share with FCM Ferentino. Angelico Biella at the other side keeps the sixth position with eight games lost. They share it with Trieste and Lighthouse TR. Manital Torino will meet Givova Napoli (#13) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Angelico Biella will play against Fileni BPA Jesi (#14) and hope to secure a win.
