The game between Top Four teams took place in Malaga. First ranked host Unicaja Malaga (14-3) defeated 3rd placed Bilbao Basket (12-5) 86-74. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Bilbao Basket. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 86-74. Unicaja Malaga maintains first place with 14-3 record. Bilbao Basket at the other side dropped to the fourth position with five games lost. They share it with FC Barcelona. Unicaja Malaga are looking forward to face Andorra (#15) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Bilbao Basket will play against Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (#16) in Madrid and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
