Important game to mention about took place in Kazrin. Twelfth ranked Hasharon (5-9) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging higher ranked Hapoel Kazrin (8-6) 83-81 on Tuesday evening. Hapoel Kazrin was ahead by 3 points after three quarters before a 27-22 charge of Hasharon, which allowed them to win the game. They outrebounded Hapoel Kazrin 46-30 including 31 on the defensive glass. Hapoel Kazrin was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American forward Coty Clarke (201-92, college: Arkansas) added 17 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. Four Hapoel Kazrin players scored in double figures. Hasharon moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Hapoel K/S. Hapoel Kazrin at the other side keeps the sixth position with six games lost. They share it with Ironi Ramat Gan. Hasharon will play against higher ranked Ironi Ramat Gan (#6) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
