Very predictable result when ninth ranked Titanicos (14-18) rolled over bottom-ranked Barreteros (6-24) in Leon 99-75 on Thursday. Barreteros were tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Titanicos made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game. Titanicos outrebounded Barreteros 45-31 including 33 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Titanicos made 7 blocks. American players dominated the game. Forward Jumaine Jones (202-79, college: Georgia, agency: SDJ Sports) nailed a double-double by scoring 17 points, 20 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and guard Isaiah Wilkerson (190-90, college: NJIT) accounted for 30 points and 6 assists.
