Very important is a home loss of third ranked Minas (11-6) against fifth ranked Mogi (11-6) on Friday night. Host Minas was defeated by Mogi in Belo Horizonte 76-66. The game was mostly controlled by Mogi. Minas was better in third quarter 22-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with defeated Minas. Mogi will play against Palmeiras (#8) in Sao Paulo in the next round.
