Second Stage Round 4: BGEU-RCOR - Prinemanye 75-82

The game between Top Four teams took place in Osipovichi. One of their biggest challengers host BGEU-RCOR (5-9) lost to second ranked Prinemanye (5-11) 82-75. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But BGEU-RCOR won fourth quarter 26-24. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Prinemanye forced 28 BGEU-RCOR turnovers. Strangely BGEU-RCOR outrebounded Prinemanye 43-31 including 28 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Oleg Makarov (183-96) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 5 assists and 5 steals and guard Andrey Filippovich (185-95) who added 17 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Five Prinemanye players scored in double figures. At the losing side forward Dmitry Borisenok (201-97) responded with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Andrei Rogozenko (180-97) scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. BGEU-RCOR's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Despite that victory Prinemanye went down to third position (League) due to points difference. Loser BGEU-RCOR dropped to the second place with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
