Very expected game in Jelenia Gora where 9th ranked Sudety (6-12) was defeated by second ranked Nysa Klodzko (15-2) 81-71 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 42-27 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. It was a great shooting night for Nysa Klodzko especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. Point guard Michal Lipinski (185-86) fired 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Guard Rafal Wojciechowski (192-85) chipped in 23 points and 4 assists. Swingman Aleksander Raczek (192-92) produced 17 points and 4 assists and forward Karol Wojciul (200-91) added 15 points and 9 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively for lost side. Four Sudety players scored in double figures. Nysa Klodzko keeps a position of Group D leader. Loser Sudety dropped to the tenth place with 12 games lost. Nysa Klodzko will face league's second-placed Gornik in Walbrzych in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Sudety will play on the road against Rawia (#6) in Rawicz and hope to win that game.
