Rather predictable result when sixth ranked Valencia Basket (11-7) beat at home 9th ranked UCAM Murcia (8-10) 81-63 on Saturday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Valencia Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to UCAM Murcia's 20 and made 20-of-23 free shots (87.0 percent) during the game. Valencia Basket forced 20 UCAM Murcia turnovers and outrebounded them 36-25 including 16 on the offensive glass. UCAM Murcia was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch.
