Not a big story in a game when 15th ranked Quimper UJAP (5-12) was defeated on the road by twelfth ranked Sorgues BC (6-10) 83-74. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 25-21. But Quimper UJAP won second period 21-20. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for Lithuanian forward Zygimantas Jonusas (200-82) who led his team to a victory with 24 points. American-Spanish forward Arnette Hallman (200-88) contributed with 12 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Four Sorgues BC players scored in double figures.
