The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 16-12. But Aishin Wings won second period 20-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Toyota A. won last quarter 16-13. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Kazumi Suzuki (177-86) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 8 rebounds. International forward Mika Kurihara (178-89) contributed with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Toyota A.'s coach Toshihiro Goto allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. International power forward Evelyn Mawuli (180-95) answered with 15 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Shiyu Sato (178-87) added 13 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Aishin Wings. Four Aishin Wings players scored in double figures. Toyota A. have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They used an opportunity after Fujitsu RW lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position. Aishin Wings lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 14 games lost. Toyota A.'s next round opponent will be Denso Iris (#4) in Kariya. Aishin Wings will play on the road against JX-Eneos S. (#3) in Kashiwa and hope to win that game.
