Rather expected game in Parma where 13th ranked Trieste (1-16) was defeated by eleventh ranked Lavezzini PR (5-12) 77-60. The game without a history. Lavezzini PR led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. American guard Christine Clark (180, college: Harvard) orchestrated the victory by scoring 14 points and 9 rebounds. Croatian center Sonja Kireta (198-76) contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Four Lavezzini PR players scored in double figures. American guard Donica Cosby (172-88, college: Oklahoma City, agency: Two Points) answered with 21 points and 7 rebounds and Hungarian forward Anna Vida (185-85, agency: Interperformances) added 18 points in the effort for Trieste.
