Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both twelfth ranked Chalon/Saor and 11th ranked Gravelines-Dunkerque had identical 8-9 record. But Gravelines-Dunkerque was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Chalon 74-65 on Monday night. The guests trailed by 10 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 74-65. The best player for the winners was American guard Jason Rich (191-86) who scored 22 points and 5 assists. The other American import center Brandon Davies (208-91, college: BYU) chipped in 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks.
