Ninth-ranked Elitzur Holon (3-12) was very close to win a game against seventh ranked Ramat Hasharon (7-8). Ramat Hasharon managed to secure only two-point victory 80-78. However their fans expected easier game. The hosts were ahead by 4 points but lost the second period ending it with a 2-point deficit before their 27-23 run, which allowed them to win the game. Ramat Hasharon made 25-of-31 charity shots (80.6 percent) during the game. Four Elitzur Holon players scored in double figures. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Ramat Hasharon. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with H.R. Le-Zion. Elitzur Holon at the other side keeps the ninth position with 12 games lost. Ramat Hasharon's next round opponent will be Hap.Petah Tikva (#8) on the road. Elitzur Holon will play against Maccabi Ramat Hen and hope to win that game.
