A very interesting game took place in Ramat Gan. It ended with only two-point home defeat of higher ranked Ironi Ramat Gan (8-7) to eleventh ranked Hasharon (6-9) 78-76 on Tuesday evening. Center Ben Altit (208-93, college: Bryant, agency: Avi Zilberman) came up with 20 points and the former international power forward Amit Tamir (208-79, college: California) added 16 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Ironi Ramat Gan in the defeat. Hasharon have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Hapoel K/S. Ironi Ramat Gan at the other side keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. Hasharon's next round opponent will be higher ranked Hapoel Migd.H. (#3) in Tarshicha and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
