The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Northland as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Northland smashed 12th ranked Solna Vikings in Lulea 60-41. The game was mostly controlled by Northland. Solna Vikings managed to win third quarter 15-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Solna Vikings to just 7 points in first and fourth quarters.
