The game between eighth ranked Palmeiras (10-9) and 9th ranked Sao Jose/Vinac (9-10) in Sao Paulo on Thursday ended with biggest points difference. Palmeiras beat guests from Sao Jose 99-86. The game was mostly controlled by Palmeiras. Sao Jose/Vinac managed to win third quarter 32-25. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They keep the ninth position with ten games lost. Palmeiras will meet Brasilia (#12) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Sao Jose/Vinac will play against Rio Claro and hope to secure a win.
