No shocking result in a game in Osijek where fifth ranked KK Zabok (8-6) defeated 10th ranked Vrijednosnice OS (5-10) 70-60 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 10 points at the halftime before their 43-23 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. KK Zabok outrebounded Vrijednosnice OS 33-22 including 23 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Petar Maric (196-87, college: Lincoln Trail CC, agency: XL Basketball Agency) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and center Antonio Vlaic (205-91) who added 18 points and 7 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) during the contest. At the losing side forward Filip Toncinic (212-84, college: Texas A&M-CC) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds and guard Dejan Meznaric (192-87) scored 12 points. KK Zabok have a solid three-game winning streak. KK Zabok maintains fifth position with 8-6 record. Vrijednosnice OS lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth place with ten games lost.
