There was no surprise when 11th ranked KFUM Jamtland (3-21) was defeated at home by sixth ranked LF Basket (16-8) 89-71 on Tuesday. LF Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to KFUM Jamtland's 38. LF Basket forced 19 KFUM Jamtland turnovers. Icelandic Haukur Palsson (197-92, college: Maryland) had a double-double by scoring 11 points, 13 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Alex Wesby (198-80, college: Temple, agency: R.H.Consultancy) chipped in 22 points and 5 rebounds during the contest.
