Important game to mention about took place in Ruda Slaska. Seventh ranked Pogon RS (9-11) saved a 1-point victory at home edging 4th ranked Alba Chorzow (12-8) 60-59 on Saturday evening. The hosts were ahead by 4 points but lost the second period ending it with a 1-point deficit before their 18-16 run, which allowed them to win the game. Point guard Patryk Jelen (183-90) scored 18 points to lead the charge for the winners and center Adam Andula (201-87) chipped in 9 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Pogon RS's coach Marcin Cyran allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. At the losing side power forward Marcin Weselak (204-79) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and power forward Adam Spychala (197-84) scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. Newly promoted Pogon RS maintains seventh position in Group C with 9-11 record. Alba Chorzow at the other side keeps the fourth place with eight games lost. They share the position with MCKiS Jaworz. and WKK Wroclaw.
