Very predictable result when third ranked Artego Bydg. (14-3) won against 9th ranked MKK Siedlce (6-11) in Bydgoszcz 75-70. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Artego Bydg. made 20-of-22 charity shots (90.9 percent) during the game. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. American Amisha Carter (186-82, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: Josep and Nicolas) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners and naturalized American point guard Julie McBride (165-82, college: Syracuse) chipped in 22 points and 5 rebounds.
