Regular Season Round 20: Paris-Levallois - Nanterre 80-76

There was a change at the ProA leadership position after last games. Round 20 most important game was a defeat of league's leader JSF Nanterre (16-4). They were defeated by sixth ranked Paris-Levallois (11-9) 80-76 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the ten-game winning streak of JSF Nanterre. The hosts trailed by 10 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 4 points. Paris-Levallois made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Americans were the main players on the court. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Blake Schilb (201-83, college: Loyola, IL) who helped to win the game recording 27 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Mike Green (185-85, college: Butler) who added 16 points and 8 assists during the contest. Paris-Levallois' coach Gregor Beugnot used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Paris-Levallois maintains sixth position with 11-9 record, which they share with Le Havre. JSF Nanterre at the other side dropped to the second place with four games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Strasbourg. JSF Nanterre will play next round against SPO Rouen trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Paris-Levallois will try to continue on its current victory against fifth ranked Sluc Nancy on the road.
