Rather predictable result when sixth ranked WKK Wroclaw (12-8) won against at home 9th ranked AZS PCz (6-14) 76-60 on Sunday. AZS PCz was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. WKK Wroclaw dominated on the defensive end, holding AZS PCz to just 6 points in fourth quarter. They also forced 21 AZS PCz turnovers. AZS PCz was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. Quite impressive performance for point guard Jakub Niziol (198-96) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Igor Wadowski (193-96) contributed with 13 points for the winners. Forward Marcin Bluma (201-89) replied with 15 points and 9 rebounds and forward Tomasz Nogalski (192-79) added 15 points in the effort for AZS PCz. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. WKK Wroclaw have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place in Group C, which they share with Alba Chorzow and MCKiS Jaworz. AZS PCz lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 14 games lost.
