Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Shiga L-Stars (19-11) beat on the road 7th ranked Shimane Magic (11-21) 90-72 on Sunday. The game without a history. Shiga L-Stars led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Shimane Magic's 24 and made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. The game was dominated by American players. Forward Jeffrey Parmer (203-85, college: Florida Atlantic) had a double-double by scoring 28 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Ray Nixon (203-84, college: Wisconsin) chipped in 18 points and 6 rebounds during the contest.
